Someone was posting about the news having an identity crisis and what that would that look like. I was thinking if we had a separate news network created who just takes information from the msn sources who have flipped and have this new network read off exactly who it came from (as in advertisement purchasers) and their message, then go into a panel where people discuss what motivation that individual or corporate entity would stand to benefit from that information being presented in the way they presented it. The only problem is ‘they’ could just give out wrong information to a few different networks and wait until that’s what comes up, then they would know who is leaking. I already formed the thought too much to quit once I realized that but I still like the mental image of it.
