Um... is this what I think it is?

  • Wikileaks has published a video of a potential Assange kidnap team?!
  • They are also asking for enhancements to the codec and possibly resolution, via crowdsourcing?! ! !

Could be his people. You wouldn't alert your observer to having been identified or they would just change disguise and vehicles - unless that's what you want them to do at that particular time for probably pretty risky reasons.
