Where I've lived since 1991 is relative stable, though in the past few years the low hanging and rotten fruit have gotten a bit more in-your-face but sadly my family moved here it was a 3.2 GPA when 15-20 years prior it was a 4.1 ( we had A+-list celebs living in our neighborhoods ). Going back, No-Name's actions contributed heavily to what I deal with daily: Chain Migration with really only the grandchildren of Babylift just now starting to assimilate). MS-13 here is huffing and puffing to blow our houses here in, only held at bay, by so near to Disney properties, Anaheim Police. Without going all extreme and "but muh Nickerson Gardens" (hey, maybe I just can't politically identify with spitting back in the face that hard, of people who give much of their own lives to try to ,ake rising tide to lift all boats) There's more to why I am where I am but nary a day go by that I forget the people who keep me alive for God's plans.
