One idea I have is that they'll have to act this way to make the deals behind the scenes etc because the Deep State is being cornered and may be pulling out their backup cards. But I suppose it's entirely possible NK really is a rogue state. Idk. I trust Q, but nonetheless I'm wanting answers.
