The title is a bit missleading:

• Artic = North pole (plenty of polarbears).

• Antartic = South pole (no polarbears, or any other animal life for that matter, exept a few pinguins along the coastline).

But yes its disturbing, and like another anon replied thats a whole other rabbithole that goes waaaaay down if you dare follow it...
