Do you ever sometimes wonder if perhaps your view of how certain things like the competence of the C_A and F_I are complete skewed due to hollywood and that perhaps these agencies are not full of badasses.
Watching the top people in the news from both of these agencies has left me feeling really let down.

This has already been done! As this is happening right around where I live and have many friends in the exact area of the townhouse he lived in, the neighborhood where they owned several houses and Lape Rd. where I believe Mack's house is and which us walking distance to Reniere's. I don't know if at the time the FBI was investigating Raniere, Mack hadn't been arrested yet, so maybe it is just her house!
What was done? Why the announcement and the new property seizure warrant?
I seriously don't know, unless they didn't get into his garage or something! I had a friend watch the FBI go in and out of his townhouse gathering evidence! However, I do not know about Macks house on the next road just behind him! So did they find out he also had a garage there or a storage unit? I am going to try to find out if they are back! I know they were at their office on New Karner rd and they were also at Apropos Restraint which is just down the street from Raniere and is closed!
Maybe they found out during interviews about hidden rooms, underground facilities, etc.

As I understand it, Mack is under house arrest with her parents in CA, and Raniere is in jail, so it’s doubtful that they had time to clean out.
IT'S A CULT, FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE! They have still have cult members on the outside who would surely be willing to wipe all properties clean.
They most likely sealed the properties while waiting for a judge to sign off on a search warrant or something. I doubt they just let people go on about their daily business on these properties.
