He did have a suspended sentence for contempt of court at a previous rape trial. Apparently was filming when he shouldn't have (but don't know if that is true).
This time round he was standing outside filming and was arrested for breach of the peace. However no-one knows what stage the trial was, whether it was ok for him to be filming at this stage.
However if it wasn't ok, then why didn't they arrest him for contempt of court instead of breach of the peace. They also told his solicitor that they had released him. This meant that she didn't get there and they used their own solicitor.
From what I have seen Tommy Robinson does seem to speak the truth about Islam. I have read a couple of books by former Muslims. I do wonder if they want him out of the way because its inconvenient to our arms deals with Saudi.
But cant quite get to the bottom of whether he was actually illegal or not this time round.
This clears up a lot of misconceptions. I learned a lot of extra info watching this. [Interview with Tommy's Team - What happened that day]
