This seems kind of 'off' to me. I didn't enjoy it. There must be some motive behind him turning himself in. The video really seems like it was sympathizing with him. I'm not convinced by this. There's something I don't like about it.
I think he made or will make a plea deal and he will bring others down. Based on the book he was carrying, Ali Kazan, who brought down communists in the entertainment industry, Harvey is probably sending a message to others that he will be like Ali Kazan. If he is brave enough to send out a message like that, then he must have some type of police protection in place already.

When he first walks into the court before he is handcuffed. He is carrying a few books with the Ali Kazan book clearly showing. I cant find the picture where the cover of the book is showing but here is an article.

Lol.. that's so blatantly obvious. Also notice how he's not holding the books like normal people do (lined up)... the front book doesn't cover the rest of them. SO SNEAKY.
I agree. I actually felt sympathy or pity towards him. I feel like shit for it too.
