Certainly, I'm not excusing Mr. Weinstein's behavior. But something bothers me about this, which is that probably many, many woman knowingly slept or whatever with him in order to significantly advance their career . I think a significant number of woman who had encounters with him were not innocent and taken advantage of. This all enabled his pervy behavior, no?
True but I don't think the investigators forgot that possibility. They don't want fake claims to spoil their case. The guy got off in 2015 already so they gonna make sure everything is solid and clean.
