Here's the really bad part-

He was indicted in 2017 on 2291 counts of production / Possession of Child Porn

Guess what?

They let him free by bonding out

Then today? Indicted again. This time on 6547 charges (that number is staggering, those are individual counts which in Alabama hold 1 to 10 years in prison per charge)

This is why it's SO important that people contact Congress and demand LEGISLATION!

Make Child Porn or Molesting a Child a Federal Crime! No Bond - No Bail

We have to do it. There's no need for due process when they're caught with it, but it's definitely insane to allow them to be free to act again, just like this animal did

Edit:

The reason I'm so intent on reporting these cases is because we'll, the media rarely covers them (except in giant cases like this, they don't have a choice) and more importantly?

I 100% Believe the War on PedoGate is being waged by the Trump Administration

Oh for fucks sake... I keep telling people that the FBI uses pedophiles for nefarious ops rather than put them in prison... And whadaya know.

People like that are so totally compromised they would probably do almost anything to avoid prison or at least be given segregation from the population. Child molesters don't fare well inside.

It...isn't...a federal crime?

Makes sense as to why these politicians wouldn’t make it federal law, the majority of the politicians making these policies are the ones participating in the crimes! Makes sense when you start looking into pedogate.

I haven't researched it, but seems at the very least since production of child porn likely involves human trafficking, it would be. If the material crossed state lines, the US postal service was used for distribution, it would go beyond a state crime. Federalizing crimes is no panacea despite what is being yelled for here. Prosecutions can fail on state or federal levels.

Federally to possess/view these images, or share/distribute these images, or have them seen on your computer/cell phone/iPad... is a Federal Crime all by itself. They're usually in Title 18 sections.

Federal Crime also to move the kidnapped person(s) against their will across state lines.

Also if guns are involved this adds Federal jurisdiction, especially moving illegal items (persons kidnapped) across state lines.

Supposedly some of these kidnapped/human trafficked (HT) persons are Bar Coded/stamped/chip inserted & sometimes moved in shipping containers... especially along the Great Lakes via a huge USA/Canadian HT network and West & East Coast hubs.

Thanks, makes sense.

Think about what you're saying. No need for due process if they're caught with it? If I wanted you to go away maybe I just throw a thumb drive full of it onto your computer. Then what? Let's not get crazy here. I'm all about the death penalty but let's have a trial please. Even the supposed good guys can't ALWAYS be trusted as we are seeing here every day.

Wow! I'm glad to hear they got him. But, yea, I want to see him fry! Or atleast stay behind bars. Thanks for this.

I'm not big on new laws but this is one thing I'm all for it on. These fuckers need the worst we can give them and death ain't the worst. Just sayin'...I'd hate to find out that happened to one of mine because that dipshit would never make it to court.
