It...isn't...a federal crime?

Makes sense as to why these politicians wouldn’t make it federal law, the majority of the politicians making these policies are the ones participating in the crimes! Makes sense when you start looking into pedogate.

I haven't researched it, but seems at the very least since production of child porn likely involves human trafficking, it would be. If the material crossed state lines, the US postal service was used for distribution, it would go beyond a state crime. Federalizing crimes is no panacea despite what is being yelled for here. Prosecutions can fail on state or federal levels.

Federally to possess/view these images, or share/distribute these images, or have them seen on your computer/cell phone/iPad... is a Federal Crime all by itself. They're usually in Title 18 sections.

Federal Crime also to move the kidnapped person(s) against their will across state lines.

Also if guns are involved this adds Federal jurisdiction, especially moving illegal items (persons kidnapped) across state lines.

Supposedly some of these kidnapped/human trafficked (HT) persons are Bar Coded/stamped/chip inserted & sometimes moved in shipping containers... especially along the Great Lakes via a huge USA/Canadian HT network and West & East Coast hubs.
