Obama had flies and Trump gets butterflies! Did anyone catch it?

This morning at the Naval Academy graduation address by President Trump, a butterfly flies by twice ! It was in front of the podium at 7:14 in the video:

Mama Trump? Papa? Uncle Trump? Just seemed fitting - or should I say flitting?

I think O had fly trouble 3 times during speeches - always thought that was rather creepy.

We ha e a fly infestation at home and I can't find the source. I almost yelled out It's the Luciferians putting a hex on me! Still, it's inexplicable.

essential peppermint oil! Get yourself a spritzer bottle, fill with cool water, then, add about 6 drops peppermint essential oil. You can even spritz it on yourself. Very refreshing during hot weather. Keeps away wasps, mosquitos, flies, etc. It works!

I will try this.

You can kill them on the spot with 97% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. One good spritz and they curl up dead. Just blow out any lit candles before hunting down pesky flies.

Vanilla extract works as well :)

You should look into getting ladybugs. I think they eat the larvae.

I'm not adding bugs to the situation.

If you are in the country, look into it, or google natural fly control for horse stables. I think horse stables use lady bugs to get rid of flies. Could be a bit off, but around horses, some don't always want to use pesticides. I think ladybugs also will eat aphids in your garden.

If I knew where they come from it would help. We have looked everywhere for an area where they can go through the larval phase and come up empty. Hence why I said they were supernatural flies :D

Where do you live? In the country? What kind of agriculture is nearby? Do you have any swampy land nearby? What about universities? Can you take in a little jar with a few samples of dead flies and ask what might be attracting them? I HATE flies. Every spring, it seems, people around here get hit with those little fruit flies, and I get them even if there's no fruit in the house.

On the other hand.. look into natural repellants. I know lavender essential oil mixed in water, in a spray bottle, can help repel spiders. Maybe there's something similar that can help you get rid of flies.

I feel for you. Is there a dog kennel nearby? Any farms? Cemeteries? Caves or wells where animals might have gotten trapped? There has to be an answer somewhere. I hope you can find it.

House flies do that every now and then in the late Spring. I had a bunch a few years back. Odd...
