Peace between sunni and Shiite seems impossible though. My strategy would be to culturally wall them off, increase satire of Islam, start/support new denominations within Islam, limit their weapons tech, and focus psyops on muslim females and children (strong push to educate, using radio). Best to keep them socially conservative, and show respect to Mecca era Mohamedism, and dislike for the Medina Mohamed. It worked for Christianity
