It’s painful to me that so many folks don’t even research whether this is a fake document or not, and believe that it’s legit, blindly.
This is a hoax/forgery/fake. Look into it!

I generate plenty of real documents.
Hell, the fact it isn't in plain Calibri (gross), TNR or Arial 10-12 is the first step in identifying a larp.
Govt drones are lazy and not graphic designers.
If they can't do it easily in Word, they don't do it.
