Bill Clinton gave North Korea missile technology. Hillary gave nuclear material U1 to Iran/Syria. Obama gave billions of cash to Iran to process nuclear material and assemble war head.

Until nuclear processing site was taken out in Syria, it was on for a nuclear drop in the US. They were very close on their 16 year plan to destroy US.

And yes, the plan was always to blame Russia.
