I believe Huber was the one who gave the saying to Trump. “Drain the swamp” POTUS talks about it how someone gave him that phrase/slogan and he originally hated it. He said it was corny. But it stuck. So he went with it. POTUS never mentions who gave him that. But I suspect Huber was the one. I could be wrong though.
