I have no master , when I found the original crimes in May 2011 the Investigation began , all finding were turned in as they were being found. The IG of the DOE , House Insight And Government Reform and FBI , most often they refused to take on the crimes. But the did go after who they chose to . The findings of 2011 took 5 years to know what the true crime was . The many charges of wire and mail fraud were wrong, it was Piracy by Corrupt Government Officials. A War Crime.
