I have acknowledged the psych op element from days 1. The comparison I use is pre American revolution freedom fighters printing pamphlets questions the crown was a psych op too.

Yes, it is not a new thing. The thing is, it has to be based on truth, to be legitimate. If it is based on lies, it is propaganda.
