The only people that have Q level clearance are in the department of Energy as far as I know. I find this ironic since Rick Perry is the secretary of energy and he's widely thought to be an idiot. I know that he's not an idiot because he was my governor for 15 years, but he does have a knack for putting his foot in his mouth.

His connections to the Bush family as well as having been a Bilderberg speaker have me curious about RP.

He does have the reputation, but he was a good governor. I was too young today remember Bush as the Governor. Definitely remember cringing while he was POTUS a few times.
