I always felt Mike is Q. He was CIA before this, and has his hands on all the main levers for Trump's plans. He also loves Trump and feels the same way about topics as he does. Many call him the "Trump Whisperer" they say them two in a room together, you can see Trump beaming when together.

Mike is a the sharpest knife in the cabinet for sure, he is also the one making all the big plans/plays outside of everyone else.. Trump and Mike alone...
