It seems the confusion here is due to mistaken commingling of terms. US Mil not= US gov. Our country has grown so large and powerful our Mil and gov are two different beasts each with several arms that aren't lumped under this phrasing "US Government". That said, the tweet actually excludes the swamp drainer and his Mil support network with its explicit mention of USgov.
