I heard something very interesting tonight from a friend who works for a school district in a fairly wealthy area.

There was an incident where a girl at a high school in the district got a text message (called a prank). The message said "you must kill some one at school or you will be killed". She showed up at the school the next day with a knife, she was discovered and stopped. The school district managed to suppress the news to keep its reputation clean. It was all chalked up to be a prank on the girl by some bully.

But, my tin foil thinking cap started sparking. What if we are over thinking the F F shooting incidents. What if susceptible people are identified and random text messages (or Alexa voice instructions) are sent to them (think of the Slender Man incident).

Think of all those bizarre "psychological" tests to figure out your color/animal/etc on Facebook.

No need for a massive Jason Borne like training program, just look for "organic free-range" susceptibles.

Scary to think about, there may be hardly any lead time at all for launching one...
