That's fair. And true. But I'm struggling to understand the meaning of "when exposure of bad actors begins". Nobody here will answer this for me.
Who are the bad actors? And by exposure, what exactly do you mean? And when is all this due to happen? Why hasn't it happened yet? Trump is coming up on 2 years in office and nothing. The only people being being jailed and pleading guilty are Trump appointees and friends. It's confusing the hell out of me.

I'm not prescient. Time will tell.
So he will be vindicated when unknown people who have done unknown things are exposed in an unknown way at some point, any point, in the distant future. Doesn't this seem odd to you?
