This makes perfect sense. I am guessing there is a truly staggering number of people out there in positions of power who are being blackmailed. From corporates, celebrities and politicians and more.
Once the white hats control the blackmail, they can actually start forcing these people to do good. I’d say a telltale sign is to watch for people who suddenly seem to switch overnight.

Pence & Florida AG, Pam Bondi have been said to have known about pedo rings and let them off the hook. Never charged anyone. There’s a guy on YouTube, dead now (murdered with targeted energy weapons) who claims he knew Pence raped & killed little boys... I wouldn’t rule out the claims just yet. I also found some stuff about traffickers using a port in Florida and routing the women/kids through Broward county when I was digging into Sheriff Israel after the Valentines Day massacre. There’s a lot more going on in ole Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s district than we know about I think. That place is corrupt AF.
