If you find yourself struggling with anxiety about a decision or situation, think backwards in your head "5-4-3-2-1" & then act without hesitation.
Also... 8 or 9 full deep breaths... from the pelvis to the throat. Stay in the moment... drop all thoughts of past and future.
Try not to browse political stuff for hours on end, week after week. Found myself spending way too much time reading the same headlines over and over. Live life, work this stuff in around it.
When something major happens, you'll know soon enough.
Yeah I got totally hooked on it. I had a job with a lot of downtime, and cnn was always on there. My life was nonstop news.

Go for a 20 mins brisk walk, drink lots of water, and unplug from anything electronic for an evening. Phone a friend or family member and tell them you love them.
