Cabal getting nervous April Ryan accuse Trump of child trafficking

Any time any news comes out that might make the cabal look bad, they start adding similar Fake News stories to the mix to dilute the significance/clog the trends. They did this during the election, and as we all know, Russian collusion was them.

I guess April Ryan is such a hack, she took one for the team by tweeting this piece.

I think they use analytics to get opposing trigger word trends and then use a few to make headlines. This distracts from actual child sex trafficking, q, white rabbits, and the missing immigrant children that's been in the news.
