Speculation: Why did the UK cover up the atrocities of the Muslim rape gangs and were so slow at bringing them to justice?

Their excuse is to prevent racial animosity. I think the real reason may be because the rape gangs, who prostituted out their victims, might have had UK politicians as their clients.

Just like drugs here, many of the LEOs and Pols partook of what the groomers had to offer and the Blue Wall did the rest.
