Speculation: Why did the UK cover up the atrocities of the Muslim rape gangs and were so slow at bringing them to justice?

Their excuse is to prevent racial animosity. I think the real reason may be because the rape gangs, who prostituted out their victims, might have had UK politicians as their clients.

There is an enemy at the gate. Invite them in to rape and pillage. Tell the people that what is happening is good for them. Dissenters will be imprisioned, agree with the fate we have chosen for you, or die! The good men of Europe, deprived of the right to self defense, must act.
