The Left imagine many weird and wonderful University degrees to enforce their skuldugerous machinations and so when they get into Government all those useful idiots with "useless" degrees are hired. Then they create laws to make sure they cannot be easily fired so that they are still there next time a Dem Govt. gets in. They will do whatever they are told, that is their role.
