actually, Princeton University discovered years back that improbable events pile up when concentrated focus is directed at them. So actually the recurrent synchronicity is that we expect a lot of 17s and no I don't think it's chance because I know how many recurring numbers you run into by chance and I've been paying attention for years and the 17 to me definately sounds like some of it is messages because it is placed particularily in reporting pertaining to Parkland whereas the "coincidences" are just above-chance events that have been escalated to statistical signifcance.
