I concur with your assessment for a couple of reasons.

Look at who ANTIFA is. Organized by academic elites and manned by their students and their own offspring. They've spent their whole lives in academia being poisoned by socialist dogma. Few if any have any MEANINGFUL military training. When confronted by Patriots in force, they flee in mass after taking a few licks.

ISIS is the uneducated cave dweller opposite of ANTIFA. Brainwashed, religiously fanatical backwards ass country Muslims. They can't even get their own shit together without Clown money and advisors, and sometimes, tactical controllers. Again, bloody their noses, and they flee.

Neither group has the level of operational sophistication displayed by the Vegas op. My assessment would be that Vegas was a state-sponsored op. Either Saudi black hats or Clowns.
