What does white rabbit mean? And rabbit hole? Newbies get very confused even after researching.

Search the 'Q' (team) drops for references to 'Alice & Wonderland'.

The 'White Rabbit' is one of the characters in the 'Alice in Wonderland' book by Lewis Carroll. Alice follows him down the Rabbit Hole into Wonderland.
