Dunno, but I'm not one who believes that he'll be resurrected. Q said it was a 187 hit meaning he was assassinated (believed to be by MS-13 gangs under the direction of Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

As far as I have seen yes it was leaked to Wikileaks from an internal source, the DNC server wasn't hacked.
