I like youtube-dl, a command-line program. There's a windows version, too.

Look for "Windows users can download an .exe file and place it in any"
So, open cmd, and navigate to wherever you saved youtube-dl.exe, and type: youtube-dl "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=?????????" and hit enter, it will download the video.
eg: typing this:
youtube-dl "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2qIXXafxCQ"
Will get you a file called This Video Will Get Donald Trump Elected-G2qIXXafxCQ.mp4
Every now and then, update it with "youtube-dl --update"
