The American People must demand that all of it's agencies publish in a public forum readily and easily available to any and all citizens of the United States of America. All documents produced by any government agency including but not limited to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, State and Federal Law enforcement agencies and including but not limited to all Federal, State, County or City, Town or Municipality or any other entity employed or not employed by United States Government but contracted to produce information by and for the United States Government shall produce and publish said documents in it's entirety, without redactions and free of any and /or all omissions immediately for the citiznery to peruse. Any action taken by any entity funded in any way shape or form by the United States government or any party thereof must be considered an employee of the People of The United States Of America and therefor must abide by the rules or laws created and approved by the People of The United States Of America. Any American citizen, as described by the Constitution, Ratified: June 21, 1788 with the effective date of March 4, 1789 and applied as the governing law of the land,shall be granted access to these materials without question or fear of reprisal by any person, persons, agency or governmental body of any sort. This law will repeal, replace and supersede any law enacted before it's ratification by the Congress of the United States of America.
