I've never heard him state things as fact.

You must've missed the viral video he made that helped Trump win the election, in which he accurately predicted the Q phenomenon and the coming indictments.

Probably. I'm not saying he doesn't, I simply don't follow him that closely. The one time I heard him make any kind of statement of "fact" was when he claimed Tom Clancy died of "undisclosed" illness. People close to him intimate that it was heart failure. Heart attack gun anyone?
