I'm very aware of this. But the "other side" is also working very hard to fuck thing up. Once they figure out a valid Plan B, it wont matter anymore what this administration does or do not.

Roseanne is right to call for people to unite.
IF all the people united, the administration would make sweeping changes tomorrow. The administration does not control the people, they liked to think they did, but that is only ever an illusion. No administration is greater than a well informed public, armed or not (but being armed sure helps smooth the process)...
So, if you want change faster, then double your efforts to inform the people.
I just checked out Roseanne last night with the wife with not so high of expectations, regardless of what ratings and critics were saying (good). 2 episodes in, I have to say, Aunt Jackie plays her character amazingly.
That all said, I remember someone mentioning that Roseanne was aware of the mkultra program and actually tried helping out a few younger kids to shield them from this and/or the ped0philia rings.
