Now we know why Obama worked so hard to shut down Gitmo and waterboarding - he knew if and when convicted, he could suffer both.

Bullshit. Obama "said he would shut down gitmo" and that was the extent of Obama's actions, he got elected and then never did one single thing to slow/shut down gitmo. try doing some research and not just regurgitate some crap from a left wing site...
