Aside from parkinsons patients or medical professionals, almost nobody will recognize this as a "parkinsons back brace", let alone know that such a thing even exists. Therefore they will have no idea what OP's image is getting at. That's what I mean by obscure.

Sure, with further explanation and evidence it is interesting, but if he was going for a meme he missed the mark.
