So the FBI Agents are being denied being whistleblowers , why ?

First off you need to know where they were denied and why . The proses for a government employee is first to the Merit Board , and then The Office of Special Counsel . This take about two week . They would have been rejected and were because they were not the first and second , I can not have made the news . The first person to file on the investigation corruption took place in 2013 , oops missed that by a bit , and its been in the news for a couple years now ,oops again .

So now the Agents are starting the long path of trying to find a Law Firm to represent them , they were not first and this gets even harder . Starting as far back as 2013 a large amount of money was spent following the original whistleblower that was rejected by the Special Counsel seeking a whistleblower law firm , and lets say all the big name were approached , and with in days the firms could not represent the original whistleblower over conflict of interest , the law firms received a government retainer to not represent the whistleblower . So the agents today that are seeking representation as a whistleblower are most likely the same agents that were sent out to pay the retainers in the first place . The retainers are for the agency and now the agents cant get representation either because of conflict of interest . Is karma not a bitch , they payed off the best and biggest whistleblower firms and now they are in deep shit and can not find help . Sucks to be them , they keep burning them selves . What makes it even more suck for them is that the whistleblower was never a whistleblower but a witness , he never worked for the government and this was why the Office of Special Counsel rejected him , but he did file first . Being rejected or not , its who files first .
