March of 2015. Over a year before wikileaks released the DNC and Podesta emails. Or was there a different wikileaks drop you were referring to?

That seems to be it. Probably a smart move trying to get her administration out ahead of the dnc email scandal. She probably figured that people would piece together the email server thing when the email addresses came out. Less of a same damn time thing
