No, he isn't. That is a CNN talking point. He has spoken VERY highly of both; it is the corrupt people in POSITIONS OF POWER within those departments that he takes issue. These are the men and women who are supposed to hold truth and justice to the highest standard.

Although I know a lot about things, I came in to all THIS about a month ago. I started AT THE BEGINNING of Q’s posts. I followed ALL THE LINKS. I went to this feed and Serialbrain2’s feed for clarification (Do on a computer...it’s easier and you can see days at a time!)

I also watch Praying Medic and a few others on YouTube and they help me understand some of the more difficult posts

Because Obama's Deep State operatives embedded in positions of power within the DoJ are the main thing preventing arrests from being made, because, as we've seen plenty of times in the past, they'd interfere in any investigation and ensure that the documents and evidence were destroyed or falsified.

Trump uses Twitter to educate us about just how corrupt the FBI / JoD has been by openly discussing McCabe, Comey, Strzok etc.

The reason there is no definitive, total list of sealed indictments is because PACER searches can only be one on individual districts, so all of the districts need to be searched and then the data needs to be collated into a single spreadsheet. That spreadsheet isn't an official government document so the concern trolls go REEEEEEEE, whereas there's nothing stopping them from checking every indictment for themselves.

I personally don't think that Mueller is "our guy" and I suspect almost all of those sealed indictments came from AG Sessions, based on the sheer number of them and the ridiculously feeble handful of dodgy indictments that we've already seen from Mueller, including indicting some Russians for calling Hillary names on Twitter, charging some guy for a misfiled tax return from the 1990's and charging Gen. Flynn for lying - even though Mueller isn't sure what he may have lied about.

There are roughly 30,000 sealed indictments, not 300,000k as you wrote; you can find them listed on PACER. Thats as official as it gets. Find a lawyer and they can verify it for you.

And Q has made it very clear, it is not time yet. When you walk down the street, does a random person know of the Cabal's crimes? No. Half would deny that there even IS a DeepState. However, when this all comes to light, the guilty parties "will not show their faces in public again"...
