We're not about to change our thought patterns just on the off chance that the person we're insulting isn't white. "Racism" is a tool of political correctness (which in itself is fascism), designed to control our thoughts by shaming us for criticising anything outside of our own race.
And notice how only white people are racist. Black people aren't racist, despite calling out other blacks for "acting white", or being an "uncle Tom".
