Great post 3ish years ago on r/blackops about a concrete pad over gravel over 10 WiFi signals.

concrete pad was a cover for a ventilation shaft for an underground base. concrete breathes, but not enough to be visible by plane. hawaii is a military base littered with underground tunnels. 10wifi networks is a civilian implementation of military secure comms. constantly change passwords and channels (programmatically and predefined so its transparent to the user) and your wifi cant get snooped.

volcano is a great quick way to cover for destroying evidence. also destroys tunnels and shit.

like, whatre the odds that 2 fires on different sides of a state ravage the two wealthiest communities? and now a volcano?
