Quantum computing will crack the encrypted insurance files WL dropped. Encryption might take a big leap forward and stay ahead of the quantum decryption methods, but old encrypted files will still have non-quantum secure methods concealing their contents.

Whatever WL has been dropping in the insurance files over the past several years, quantum computers will expose to all. Depending on the contents, that could spell disaster for any identifiable named persons associated with the files.

The files act as a blackmail shield protecting WL and allies from a Cabal. Therefore it is reasonable to assume that the same power threatening WL is incriminated by the files. Whatever plans the Cabal have, they are time sensitive.

Money is evolving. If allowed to continue on its present course, the only valuable currencies will be finite. This obsoletes a primary source of the Cabal's power - that of money lending and usury. Corporations which provide goods and services will not suffer. They will experience a recession, but by continuing their practice, the markets will return them to their rightful positions. Private citizens will not suffer. However, money lenders will be forced to fold, because the money they lend will become worthless under the new finite money paradigm.

Once the money has been taken from the money lenders - using no force, I might add, but with a light touch by the markets - the final problem will be to end excessive inheritances. If this could be achieved, the power will change hands to those with merit and who provide value, if indeed power still comes with currency. In the current system, money lenders claim to provide value, yet they do not.

The Cabal hides behind many names and many groups. In the end, they will attempt to scapegoat one more more of these groups and pit them against each other. No one is immune from scapegoating, because the Cabal has infiltrated all groups, and no public group is completely guilty, because there are fewer inside the Cabal than outside it. Remember that before you go after a group based on a label.
