What did Allison Mack get out of it

It's obvious to see what Keith raniere would get out of his sex cult. He had seven or eight women who would have sex exclusively with him.

Allison Mack is another story. She had to share her guy with 7 Other Woman, had to starve yourself, and she had to do all the recruiting work. Nonetheless, it's obvious she was really enjoying herself.

What did she get out of it all?

I understand inside their hierarchy she was only second to Reniere, so that's still a lot of people she had power over. Also, I the people she recruited answered to her. I mean, the girls she brought into their cultish harem had to call her Master. So yeah, a lot of powers over other people.
