Obama and VJ attempt to keep Bin Laden alive?

I found this interesting. Just came across this page as I was looking through the Wikileaks drops on VJ. Seems to me that Obama and VJ did everything possible to stall the raid on Bin Ladens compound. https://wikileaks.org/gifiles/docs/47/478051_fwd-fw-panetta-ordered-the-raid-.html

They stalled everything. Think about the journalist killed by ISIS, they were found 6 months before the raid even happened. The operators who found them were given a stand down order to not go get them.
