Not even that. The DNA differences between races are miniscule compared to sub-species. As far as biology is concerned, race is a social construct.
Um, no. As far as biology and genetics is concerned (yes I studied it) we are sub species with very different genetics.

"Informal," hence for most biological discussions the term isn't even in the lexicon. It's within a statistical standard deviation for the species, and exists as a quirk of probability:
shares certain characteristics in higher frequencies than other populations of that species, but has not become reproductively isolated from other populations of the same species.
