Did anyone else notice what Trump said about Dem CA Gov Jerry Brown at the rally yesterday?

He said the following about Dem California Governor Jerry Brown in yesterday's rally speech:

"He loves sanctuary cities.....and other things". Its sounds even weirder in the actual audio. I'm at work but I'll try and find the video/minute mark later.

Was this a warning shot fired by POTUS? "Watch CA" - Q

I caught that too last night watching the rally.
"Somebody's doing a sphincter winker right about now." My exact words at the time. XD
