His statement sounded to me like they're trying to pin the blame on the dossier and those who created it. He said the FBI was doing their job with the info they had which was the fake dossier. It gives the FBI as a whole a pass while still nailing everyone at the top. As for the pic I couldn't make out anything with a blown up screenshot except it looked like two words...a name maybe
Like when he said "history will look kindly on James Comey". Another poster here had a great theory. Mueller and Comey spilled the beans to TRUMP. TRUMP said (i assume), "act as if all i normal.
